Museum Passes at Plumb Memorial Library

Plumb Memorial Library's Museum Pass Rules:

  • Borrowers must be Shelton residents (except for CT State Parks Pass) and at least 18 years old.

  • Each family may borrow one pass per 3-day period. Passes may not be renewed.

  • Overdue charges are $2.00 per day

  • Borrowers are permitted to reserve a museum pass up to 2 weeks ahead. If a pass is not picked up by the end of the first day of the reserve, the pass may be loaned to another patron if it does not interfere with another reserve.

  • One pass may be reserved at a time.  The second pass may be reserved when the first is returned.

  • Passes must be returned inside the Plumb Memorial Library children's Department. To accommodate borrowers who have reserved the pass for a specific date, the pass may not be returned to the Huntington Branch, other Connecticut Libraries, the book drop or the video drop box.

  • If the pass is damaged or lost, the borrower is responsible for the replacement cost, plus any fines that have accumulated.

  • The borrower will abide by the rules established by each museum.
