Can I download audiobooks on the library's computers?

While you are welcome to download the books on the library's computers, we strongly recommend that you transfer them immediately to an MP3 player for listening.  Why?  The books cannot be saved  after your session on a library computer, and not all titles can be burned to a CD.  Those that can often require between 8-10 CDs which are very time consuming to burn.  If you purchase CDs from the library, they are $1 each.

Are audiobooks automatically removed from my computer after the due date?

No. Downloaded audiobooks take up space on your computer, and are not automatically removed when they are due back at the library.  Be sure to delete them regularly to save space.
